- Congestive Heart Failure Workshop - monthly workshops for people diagnosed with congestive heart failure to help CHF patients understand the disease and learn the warning signs. Taught by CCH staff including hospital pharmacist, registered dietitian, respiratory therapist, discharge planners, and nursing staff, the goal is to prevent readmissions to the hospital. Participants are encouraged to bring their medications with them as well as caregivers and family members.
- Lipid Panels - Our community wellness educator offers free quarterly Lapid Panels & Glucose. The lipid panel includes total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, and triglycerides. Fasting for 8-12 hours is recommended for most accurate results.
