Offering a continuum of care is vital to our patients. Our licensed staff sees patients preoperatively, during the acute hospitalization, and as outpatients. Once a person is ready for discharge, we encourage ongoing participation in your home exercise program. Returning to your maximum ability is the main goal of CCH Rehabilitation Services.
Patients must have a signed prescription for therapy and can be scheduled by the physician or by calling us directly. Please call the department at (919) 774-2255 to schedule an appointment.
Pre-registration is available and is encouraged. Remember to dress comfortably for your appointment. Persons with knee or back injuries may wish to bring shorts, those with shoulder or neck may want a tank top for the examination process
Rehabilitation Services Building is most easily accessed via Fields drive. We are the free-standing building in the parking lot across from the emergency room. For further information, please call (919) 774-2255.
