Central Carolina Hospital's Environmental Services (EVS) Department is committed to providing patients, staff, physicians, and visitors with a clean and comfortable environment.  The EVS department has a staff of nearly 30 employees.  The department provides services 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Environmental Services provides support services to all departments throughout the hospital.  EVS contributions range from cleaning patient rooms and ancillary areas to coordinating room setups, pest control, shredding of confidential documents, stocking areas with soap and paper products, disbursement of clean linen, removal of trash, biohazardous waste, and soiled linen.  The EVS Management Team is dedicated to meeting each opportunity in a prompt and efficient manner.
