The cardiac rehab program also offers a step down cardiac program entitled Fit for Life, for patients with hypertension, post CVA's with independent gait, osteoporosis, obesity, and seniors trying to start an exercise program. The patient's blood sugar, blood pressures, heart rates, and weights are measured before and after exercise.
