Carolina Hospital announced the appointment of Kevin Zachary as the new chief operating officer of the facility. Zachary will be responsible for operational activities at Central Carolina Hospital.
Zachary comes to Central Carolina Hospital after most recently serving as the Chief Nursing Officer at Saint Francis Hospital in Bartlett, TN. In this position, Zachary was involved with and responsible for several areas including the Nursing Division, Emergency Department, Surgical Services, Acute Inpatient and Outpatient Services, Physical Rehab and Education just to name a few.
Prior to his position at Saint Francis, Zachary served as the Assistant Vice President at Halifax Regional Medical Center in Roanoke Rapids, NC and Department Director at Community Memorial Healthcenter in South Hill, VA.
Zachary holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from LeTourneau University in Longview, TX. Additionally, he holds a master’s degree in business with an organizational development specialty track from Regent University in Virginia Beach, VA.
